CONDITIONS ON PACKAGE RATES & CHILD POLICY

•      Rates, quoted in Philippine Peso, are based on number of adults in the room.

•      Children 12 years old and above are considered adults.

•      Child 7-11 years old sharing room with at least 1 adult shall be charged Child Supplement of Php

PhP 3,660 nett per night.  Supplement includes full board meals, boat transfers, and regular activities.

•      Children 6 years old and below  sharing room with  at least 1 adult stay for free, and shall be extended complimentary meals from our Kiddie Menu.  Ala carte orders will be charged accordingly.

•      Without adult companions in the room, 1child shall be charged the single rate.

•      New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner Supplement  of PhP 2,440 nett  per adult will be charged in-house guests on New Year’s Eve.  With this one time  compulsory charge, guests will be able to

enjoy an upgraded menu, a glass of sparkling wine, fireworks,  entertainment, and a gift to welcome the New Year.

•      Rates are nett of applicable taxes and service charge.

INCLUSIONS

•      Roundtrip boat transfers (CLR Airport/Taytay  town pier to Apulit Island, v.v.) on the regular airport shuttle

•      Full-board meals with brewed coffee and tea at the Clubhouse Restaurant

•      Fruit juices during breakfast

•      Use of snorkeling equipment

•     Use of available non-motorized water sports equipment (hobie cat, windsurf, kayak, etc.)

•     Standard resort guided activities/tours (snorkeling at house reef, kayaking, island-hopping, etc.)

Flight Bookings
The resort shall assist guests with reservations for flights on Island Transvoyager Inc. (ITI). However, the resort is independent and shall not be held responsible for ITI’s policies on airfares, schedules, and flight operations.

Boat Transfers
Transfers to the resort shall only be via El Nido Resorts boats. Guests arriving via their own boats are not allowed to enter the property for security reasons. Charges shall be applied to those who are unable to check-in as scheduled, including forfeiture, for failure to comply with this procedure.

Check-in/Check-out Policy
Standard check-in time is 2PM and standard check-out time is 12NN. Late check-out may be requested from the Front Office, subject to availability.

No-show/Shortened Stay
No refund shall be made in the event of no show or shortened stay.

Conservation Fee
All visitors to the El Nido-Taytay protected area, 12 years old and above, are required pay a conservation fee of PhP 200.00 per person per visit. This fee is collected for various conservation projects and may be settled at the resort upon check-out.

Force Majeure
El Nido Resorts shall not be held responsible for failure to provide rooms or deliver services, nor obligated to provide additional rooms and services beyond the reservation agreement or contract, in case of fortuitous events or any conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to flight disruptions, acts of nature, government orders, and insurgencies. Unused portions of the reservation agreement shall not be refunded.
